Use 1/4 tsp per 32 oz of water or 1 tsp per gallon of water.

Product-specific directions
Use 1/4 tsp per 32 oz of water or 1 tsp per gallon of water.
Start with 1 tsp per US gallon of water. Replace the water weekly. At each water change, use ½–1 tsp per US gallon of fresh replacement water.
Drench the newly planted soil area with a solution containing 1 tsp per US gallon of water.
Presoak roots for 15 minutes in a solution of 6 tsp (30 ml) per gallon of water. Then follow the transplanting directions above.
Use this method only for softwood cuttings. Dip the base in full-strength Hormex Concentrate for 3–5 minutes before placing the cutting in Hormex Rooting Cubes or another plant starter medium. For harder-to-root plants, consult the rooting powder plant and strength guide and use the selected powder's separate directions.
For water propagation from cuttings, use 10 drops per small vase or jar; add again when changing the water. Store in a cool, dry place in the original container. Do not reuse soaking solution. See the complete application guide for additional uses, including lawns, groundcover and cut flowers. Compare liquid and powder in our liquid rooting hormone guide.
