My Packages and Daytime (Google registration name: MyDash)
Last updated: October 15, 2026

This notice describes the optional Google connections in these private apps and how their connected data is handled. These apps are currently for the developer and a small number of personally known users.

What each Google connection accesses

My Packages — Gmail: read-only access to search and read shipment messages, including message headers and bodies needed to identify tracking numbers, stores, order/item names, images, dates and shipment updates. You choose the initial scan window: 1, 7, 14, 30 or 60 days. Gmail’s permission allows reading mail more broadly; the app limits its import workflow to shipment searches and tracking checks.

Daytime — Calendar: calendar lists and event details for the dashboard, with separate event-edit permission only when enabled. Event details can include titles, times, descriptions, locations, organizers and attendees.

Daytime — Drive: read-only access for invoice export files and supporting documents from configured work folders. These files may contain customer contact details, invoice numbers, balances and documents. The permission Google grants is broader than the folder-specific workflow.

Daytime — Gmail sending: account identity and permission to send reviewed invoice emails with their selected attachments from the configured sales mailbox. Recipients receive the email content and attachments you choose. Sending requires your confirmation in the app.

How data is used

Google data is used to provide the connected features you request: importing deliveries, displaying or editing calendars, reading invoice exports and sending reviewed invoice emails. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and service providers

The native apps communicate with Google directly. Google authorization tokens are stored in Apple Keychain rather than bundled in the app or its source. Imported records and supporting caches are stored on your device. My Packages can sync its package library, including Gmail-derived shipment details, through Apple’s iCloud when enabled. Daytime’s eligible settings and supported connections may sync through Apple services; its Google sessions and provider caches remain device-specific.

Google and Apple process data needed for those services under their own terms and privacy policies. Optional Amazon, tracking, store-logo and image requests communicate with their respective providers. Such requests may disclose your network address and the resource requested. There is no developer-operated service that collects your mailbox for these Google connections.

Your choices and retention

Google connections are optional. You can disconnect them in the app and revoke access in your Google Account connections. Disconnecting stops future access for that connection but does not automatically erase previously imported package or invoice records. Revocation can affect other grants that share the same Google app registration.

Imported data and caches may remain on the device until removed through the available app controls, replaced by a later import or removed with the app’s data. My Packages provides package deletion and archive-retention settings. Data already synced to iCloud may remain in your Apple account or backups until deleted through the applicable app or Apple controls. Emails you send remain with Google and their recipients according to those services’ retention.

Human access and support

The developer does not routinely read your connected Google data. If you request troubleshooting, share only the information needed and remove private details from screenshots or exports. No account passwords are needed for support.
